If you do ever get into eve join the local za channel @ RSACHAT.
Imho the funnest part of eve is actually playing the game for yourself and figuring out what it's all about.
If you buy an account you'd end up with this uber char that you won't know how to utilise.
In eve it's 1% your char's skill points and 99% personal skill.
Anyways. hope to c u soon

oh be assured ill be starting a character from scratch
So then why not just start the game?
The game can be downloaded for free.
The first month is like $19 then after that it's $14.99.
If you want i can send you a trial key to get you a buddy account which you can use to setup your character.
Oh btw. if you do intend to start the game give me a pm or a msn/skype/gtalk. There's some things you need to know before you start giving away attribute points.
