Traffic fine not reflecting on system

Hi. I received a written traffic infringement notice on 31/08/16. The fine is still not reflecting on the aarto website or at the Absa branch which I visited today. Should I even bother going to the traffic dept to sort out at my expense or should I just ignore it since it's not reflecting on any of the systems?

Same here with my fine from Paarl, I just ignored it.

They can come fetch the money if they really want it . Not standing in a line at the department to sort it out.

I have the same issue, I got a fine issued on 07-09-2016. I went to the traffic department today and they told me to come back on 06-10-2016. If it's not loaded with 32 days then the fine is not valid, that's what I've been tied.
