They must throw every book at the police officers. This is negligence as well as a series of other charges. Yes, the suspect... But it could have been anyone, even someone wrongly accused.

I read an article about this yesterday - she was pulled over and arrested for reckless driving/road rage and seconds later the train came by.

They should post longer clips with more context. Still ****ed up.

But good job from the cops removing scum off the road. She's the victim now but any other day we'd say throw the piece of **** in jail and forget about her.

Being hit by a train changes things I guess.
