Yes.Always confusing when you see this transgender crap in your feed and you can't figure out initially if it's a man that "became" a female or the opposite.

Not chromosomes so much as testosterone. Boys and girls are physiologically very similar (except for external sex organs) until puberty and the chief differentiation at that point is the hormone testosterone. And men have bigger hearts, which means you can pump more oxygen to your muscles than women can, even a man's fat structure is diffrent to a woman's thanks to diffrent chromosones.
Noted. But isn't it the chromosomes which turn on the testosterone production? Not chromosomes so much as testosterone. Boys and girls are physiologically very similar (except for external sex organs) until puberty and the chief differentiation at that point is the hormone testosterone.
The effects of testosterone are chronic, long lasting, so the muscular and growth impact during puberty that differentiates the man and woman is there from that point on.

Not fair and spoils the sport for women.
Aquila said it best, no amount of hormonal treatment will undo the bone and muscle structure this person has.
No issue with someone transitioning, that is their choice. But, it is unfair to play sports on a comparative level with women.
