AP and Al Jazeera are both multinational organisations, obviously this isn't going to affect wider coverage but it could very well affect in depth reporting on the ground in Gaza.

But maybe we should wait for the IDF to provide proof of the Hamas activity, I wonder when we can expect that?

From what I understand Hamas military intelligence had an office in that building and were using the satellite infrastructure to coordinate terrorist activities. The source of the intel pin pointing Hamas' location inside this building was provided to Israel by the US intelligence.

A former AP reporter confirmed that Hamas operated from within that building as early as 2014 yet the CEO of AP flat out denied any knowledge and AP are in complete denial about any knowledge.

A quick search will confirm all of this.
