Have the volume of missiles dropped significantly since the building was destroyed? Destroying a press building, press which may not have always been favourable towards Israel, might be a message in itself...

But yeah, if the building turns out to have been a Hamas HQ, then I think the bombing is justifiable.

That is Hamas tactics, making the world believe they're attacking press buildings, hospitals, schools, etc. If they don't want them to bomb them, get out of the commercial and residential areas.

It's like a criminal using a human shield during a robbery, and you get angry at the police for injuring the person when they try dealing with the criminal. If you show criminals that human shields work, they're going to continue to use human shields.

My bad would have been the appropriate response. That is if you were in this conversation to learn instead of dispensing dogma.
Thanks, but I will be the judge of my own responses thanks. The New York Post gleefully ran the story about hunter Biden's laptop, it's not a source I consider particularly trustworthy, however, I will consider giving them the benefit, I know the evidence might be classified so If the white house confirmed it I would be more willing to give it credence.

Just watched the episode, he says, "honest question: when a side that cannot beat you, tries to hurt you. How hard should you retaliate?"

"I'm not trying to answer the question, nor do I think I am smart enough to solve it."

This is spun by Fox Entertainment as "don't defend yourself"

Low IQ's..
"Revoke his visa", " he's tired of 1st world" , "virtue signalling fukface"

They walk amongst us..

After months I come back and it's like a broken record in here - the same people shouting the same ideologies at each other with very little positive engagement.

I am going to assume you really believe what you said. So let me present the side which you may not have considered. When a sophisticated speaker like Trevor uses comparison as he did it's not off the cuff, there are hours of consideration poured into the skit to evoke emotional feedback.

He used the big brother example to correlate Palestinians to be harmless and Isreal to be morally in the wrong; should a big brother punch a little brother? Rockets are not harmless, as you may know. This is not an innocent quibble between siblings. The example is a false dichotomy to push a false narrative.

Apart from being untrue, his skits aren't that funny anymore. He used to be razor-sharp with funny political commentary - it's a pity American politics consumed his sense of humor.

At this point I think the other Arab countries are waiting for Israel to go into Gaza so they can "intervene".

I doubt it.

Most have serious issues back home. I can't see any of them being interested in getting involved in a potentially disastrous conflict with Israel. They may posture in the media to save face in front of their people, but they have bigger problems as most are on shaky political footing or dealing with extremism and outright insurgency.

On top of this, Israel has recently pulled closer to Egypt and Saudi Arabia diplomatically, the only two Arab countries with the military capacity to threaten them. The Israelis and Saudis are collectively more concerned with Iran.

They knew this would create an uproar, the evidence of Hamas's activity should have been made available right after the bombing was carried out...
And yet you think they did it because it was media.
Possibly, only because am giving folks like you a chance to understand what I am saying...:p

Again, the AP has expressly denied that Hamas could have been operating out of that building, the IDF have provided no evidence of such and neither has anyone else, if it turns out the there is solid proof of that I will change my viewpoint, not before.
Considering the support given by AP to the Nazis and North Korea, it seems reasonable to suppose that Hamas controls whatever news AP sends out and that the Gaza office strictly toes the Hamas line.

You mean the guy who's been arrested multiple times in Israel for saying shet like this?

Of course he's said many many disturbing things. Let's focus on this particular statement, shall we? This statement is an extract from his book 'The Kings Torah' (2009). Was he arrested then for inciting murder and genocide? No. How was the book even allowed to go through publication?

Can I stop you right here? This is el classico redirection - what this one person said adds very little value to the conversation.

It's easy to post 10x examples of Hamas and their supporters saying Isreal (and Israelis) should be wiped out completely. It's a well-established fact that after years of bitter conflict they don't like each other. And it's not surprising either that there will be extremists on both sides seeking nothing but death to the other side.

Considering the support given by AP to the Nazis and North Korea,
Sorry, when did that happen?

Edit. Googled it, support for the Nazis was almost a100 years ago fair enough, couldn't find anything about North Korea, could you elaborate?
