A military installation would probably count as one. Do you think the General in charge of the bombing campaign would unilaterally make a decision to bomb a building containing two international press agencies without clearing it with BN first?
But isn't this exactly the problem?

Hamas militants do not using military facilities. Using human shields? If that not exactly why the lost international support in many quarters? This is exactly why these arguments goes round and around.

Old DHQ Potgieter Street. Poyntings Building, The building next to the YMCA in Church Street Arcadia, Liberty life building, Naval HQ at 224 Visagie Street. All in Pretoria and only some of the many. Tell me how threatening they look? Oh, by the way, some civilian companies work in some of them too.
Those are the well known ones. What about Faerie Glen and Eco Park ...

But then again, what does a military building look like? Like that small little building everybody drove past, not realizing it's there. Not even the Generals in the newly formed SANDF knew about it until the late 90's, when asked about it by a reporter and where shocked.

Wait... a school or a hospital ISN'T a suitable location for a military base or missile launching pad?

Never was a spymaster. And your facetiousness doesn't make me one just because I know about the trade and you have no clue about it.
One paragraph, please describe your knowledge of the trade and how you came about it.

Depends on the opinion.

It's all nicely oneway isnt it? And then you have the new ideological purity tests being phased in..... Almost as if there was a takeover/replacement/purge of some kind taking place.....

Depends on the opinion.

So do you think that the opinion of US soldier Jessica Gore- Pike is actually supported by the US military and that's why she is getting away with it?

They are allowed to express personal political opinions, they are just not allowed to express opinions on behalf of the army..

While active military members can and should register to vote and cast votes, and may express a personal opinion on political candidates and issues, they can't express opinions on behalf of or as a representative of the U.S. military.

Despite months of intelligence gathering, clandestine visits, aerial photography, a local informant and months of planning the operation, the SADF also always only ever managed to hit creches, hospitals, old age homes, refugee centres and schools in Angola.

Amazingly they were all defended by anti aircraft guns and had firing trenches and bunkers full of war material.

The problem is the wording..... if you say something while wearing a uniform you can easily be saying on behalf of the uniform. Militaries and veterans tend to get really serious about this kind of minutia.
Yeah, I think she should be allowed to say what she needs, but doing it in uniform does raise some questions about whether she is doing this in an official capacity. If she had removed that jacket with her name, rank, and US army designation it would have been better.
