I need to be able to upload files to clients and communicate with them after I had been capped, and was thinking of getting a local host with mysql/php and ftp access. But this whole concept would be useless if the host uses international bandwidth.
SO. Can anybody recommend me hosts who you know for a fact use local B&width?
