Trying to cancel 24/7 Unlimited No luck

Guys I'm struggling with rain. Iv been trying to cancel my sim card now since middle of last month. I did try click the cancel sim button but when it came end of the month it did not cancel. So here I am this month and it's still not canceled. @rain_mobile please check why it's not canceling..... I have contacted support a million times and no response on email.

Even though you cancelled in the middle of last month, the service will only be terminated at the end of this month.
I think that is how most ISP's operate.

In the one photo that says "Retract scheduled cancellation for updated?".
I hope you didn't click "Confirm".
Because I assume that means you have cancelled the cancellation.
I might be wrong.
