If you got it a couple of years ago it popped out the micro version, not the nano.

Jeez I'm so out of date, so i got one size less than full, that's mini right?

So i need to ask for a starter pack and migrate to a micro sim? That should work right?

I on prepaid mtn, so hows it usually done?

Unless you don't want to keep the number you just need to do a sim-swop to the smaller type. If you ask for a starter pack they'll think you want a whole new number. They know what sim-swop is.

so decided to go with the innjoo, paid 1,5K for it, estimated delivery Tuesday next week,
interesting tip, if you at least book the product via the app , delivery still free, even though I completed the sale on the website.

nice thing is as a few members here have innjoos I can get support:p nobody came forward with a huawei,

now must just organize a sim swap.

Nope, many items show a delivery free note next to them on the site. At least many of the items I usually look at.

Not sure about the EBucks.

I need something easily rootable, and customisable with Roms

I hate to say it, but Samsung or possibly Huawei are the best options. Samsung are almost un-brickable if you are talking rooting and custom roms and such, and because there are so many of them in the world, there is almost always an option on a ROM and rooting. I mean I even had a custom ROM on my old galaxy pocket.

Huawei are a close second, and they even have guides on their website on how to unlock bootloaders and upgrade to latest versions of android, and they are becoming increasingly numerous, and so are the ROM's.

deal done, innjoo,
Samsung I was advised against, too little RAM, Hauwei was the one I was looking at,

nobody here came forward with a Huawei phone, hows it like to run and so forth, also very few reviews on the interwebs on it,
XDA dev dosent have a page for either phone, although suprisingly there is a page for my pocket, as old and tired as it is.......

getting a bit of buyers remorse now, but thats besides the point, I asked and 4 different people advised get the innjoo, not the huawei phone,
so went with what everybody here advised, If I didnt ask Id probably end up with a vodacom smart kicka phone:p

No page for the Ascend G525? That's surprising. Granted Huawei wasn't very popular back then but it was once a fully capable phone.
