My Modem is a Billion BiPAC 7401VGP_MW1

ISP is MWEB

Using virtual server in the router I've "opened" port 7 by

Naming Application : Type "WOL" (wake on LAN)
Protocol : TCP/UDP
External Port : Input the same port number in the from and to place (7)
Did the same for redirect port
Set Candidates on Internal IP Address and clicked on the circle that showed my PC's IP. (192.168.1.1)
Clicked apply and saved to config.

When I check to see weaether the port is open though using http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ it tells me the port is colsed.

Firewalls on Modem and PC's are off for now and Antivirus temp disabled.

How can i get this port to show up as "open?"

Thanks; the software above wasnt able to do the job itself as my Billion wasnt on the list, but it did lead me to the problem.
That being that I had to place my access points IP addrss into the DMZ of my Router. (as i go via this to get to the Billion.)
Wierd thing is though that while to above software says the port is open, (which it is as I can now wake my pc via LAN which wasnt working before), all the online port checkers Ive tried still say the port is closed or "conection refused." is this because the port has to be in use while it is being checked?
