Trying to pay uif online

Hi, I am trying to pay uif online. I click on pay, choose absa, account show , select pay, then they say I must go to my banking app, under authorization/tax , but there is nothing. Did report it to uif, they said they have done "nothing", please try again. Any solution.

SARS banking authorisation is only available till a certain time in the day try again tomorrow.

Tried this for my in-laws' business, it never worked on Standard Bank. Works fine on Nedbank though. Standard Bank never fixed it so eventually the opened a Nedbank credit card just for these payments.
