Luckily we do not have a looting problem at my work. Yet.

Although the TP is rationed and Procurement is making notes which section's using TP a lot more.

I save on TP usage at home by doing No2's at work. (evil me)

The above 2 problems have both its advantages and disadvantages.

And I don't like to think of the disadvantages and the resultant consequences ...

Noted that the Ohannesburg municipality is copying tactics as well, cutting off defaulters and force them to pay.

cadres will not be happy.

Tshwane municipality already tried rebooting Denel (by turning the power off and on again) and that made no difference whatsoever.
Then they must run an antivirus program, like RemoveBEE or BEE virus removal?

Director at African Defence Review, Darren Olivier, said the impact of the cutoff might be less severe than at other facilities because activity levels were low at the campus.

But he warned that it would still have been “pretty disastrous” if it had continued over an extended period.
Imagine how disruptive load shedding is then for those who do pay .....
