I think most people need to understand that in 5000 years time, when most other countries are regularly sending people out into the stars, and they have also stabilised their way of life, this part of the world will still be a shitehole, with the masses still blaming everything on apartheid.

I am a lazy man.
Who is right? The ANC or the DA? Was there a surplus or not?
Unfortunately it does not drill down to Eskom specifically, but shows the cash on hand, liquidity ratios, cash coverage, etc on a per year basis for each of the last 5 years. Both Eskom and Tshwane have their financial statements audited annually, so there should not be any wriggle room for major differences. What can be seen is that Tshwane's finances have steadily been improving, and they also have 3 times as much cash on hand now than they did 5 years back. But whoever alleges what was owed to Eskom back then, should be able to pull out the piece of paper and show that.

Blaming the previous administration is now also the go to for the DA, how the mighty have fallen...
ANC run metro illegal (as found by constitutional court) PEU contract cost the city R4 million per day. So you stop your dig at the DA , when you have PKd Kgosientso Ramokgopa enough that he publicly apologises, then we you can dig at DA in Tshwane all you want.

Dear Reporter...

When one person (Griffiths) tells you it's raining and another person (Maepa) tells you the sun is shining, it's NOT your job to report on both their claims.

It's your job to stick your head out the window and see for yourself and then report those facts.

You clearly have not stuck your head out the window here.
