I actually miss the guy lol. I never had disagreements with him. I used to grab popcorn and watch the show.

I've got no problem with people who don't pay for services being denied those services.

Water however you shouldn't be cutting off. Reduce to an absolute trickle allowing them to at best drink to stay alive sure, but completely cutting it is a violation of human rights.

People who can pay for services should pay for services, especially government and businesses who are making money like the Sheraton and the shopping centres, Tshwane has got their priorities 100% right.

So my question: how much months of no action does it take to start getting money in?

The best the council could do is put prepaid in

The bottom line: to many ride the gravy train! And lets blame someone else for non payment

If it was me, I was cut off after day 7

So sad!
