Help...
Got my samsung galaxy S6 last week and found that every time someone replied to one of my posts, I would get this annoying sound.
I followed instructions, went into setting and turned of the sound.
Peace perfect peace for a week and then suddenly tonight the notification sounds started up again. And yet, the sound button is showing as being turned off / greyed out.
I have now had to turn the sound on my phone off completely.
How do I rectify this problem?
