Turning PC Notebook into Wifi Router?

Wonder if I can turn my notebook into a Wifi router?
The available hardware:-
HP Notebook with Imbedded 3G Modem running Win 7 Pro 64bit with a Wifi capabilities.
With this hardware spec can I share my 3G modem connection with the Wifi to enable as Wifi router?
All info will be appreciated - thank you.

you can use a program like connectify
But they have started charging to share internet which is now only in the Pro version.
