TV sales hammered after looting in South Africa

South African tech sales have slumped in the aftermath of rampant looting and riots in parts of KwaZulu-Natal and Gauteng in July.

This is according to a GfK Lighthouse study on the impact of the unrest on technical goods sales in South Africa, which found that sales of TVs and fridges, in particular, had declined in the week of 8 to 15 August 2021.

Well sales would decline, they were all taken to townships and some rather rich peoples houses.

Makes sense, Facebook Market Place have some great value for money specials compared to the shop specials.

So does this mean TV's are cheaper or more expensive.... all this jargon confuses me.

Steal your TV and don't pay your TV license - it's the right thing to do!

Your SAMSUNG TV will work as long as you don't connect to the internet.
