TV Capture Problem - Help

Hi

I purchased a TV capture card (ST LAB tv.av capture card) from my local PC shop. I installed it, ran the software - which then scans for available channels.

Now it finds all the channels, but the problem is that there is no sound only static. If i finetune the channels (about 1Mhz) , i find perfect sound but in the process lose the picture.

So i pulled out the card, checked it out and it says that it supports PAL B/G, PAL D/K but not PAL I. Guess what south Africa's TV standard is = PAL-I.

So here i sit with a R350 TV Capture card and am not able to use it. So do you intelligent guys(and girls) have any suggestions for me?

do you have a button in software, or perhaps on the remote that (may) have come with the tv card labelled "mts"? if so, try it.
else, two options..
1) change the crystal on the tv card which gives the sound offset (probably not feasible)
2) take the card back to retailer with explicit instructions to go sell it in greece or australia, but to give you a pal-i version pls.
