TV Display vs. Monitor Display

Both my 48" TV and 22" monitor are set to a resolution of 1920x1080.

This is a screenshot from my monitor (Pic-1):



This is the screenshot from my TV (Pic-2):



The TV resolution appears larger, although both are set to 1920x1080.

If I display the monitor screenshot (Pic-1) on the TV it displays correctly (Pic-3):



So it seems the TV can display the screenshots from the monitor with correct resolution.
How do I fix this problem? I want the TV (Pic-2) to display like the monitor (Pic-1). The TV can do it as shown in Pic-3.

I cannot find this setting on the TV. My picture is set to "Fit to Screen" on the TV menu system.
