Twitch throttled on Axxess (ISP Afrika)?

I have an account with ISP Afrika which I believe uses Axxess data and am finding Twitch streaming very inconsistent, often buffering at 720p60 on 40Mb fibre. YouTube is fine and speed tests during the spotty periods show full steam ahead. Wondering if anyone else has experienced the same?

I have very varied experiences with Twitch, before we got our 100mbps my 40mpbs used to buffer on my PS4 however used to play smooth on my Xbox One and PC.

PS4 seemed to go through some other route I don't know but yeah maybe test another device to see too.

Try that, you can also have a look at the Twitch 5 browser extension for Chrome (think there is one for Firefox as well) as alternative.

See if either solution helps you guys out. Using either of them, I can stream 1080p twitch videos on my 12mb ADSL connection without any issues where I had poor performance otherwise without either solution
