Next excuse will be, "filing for bankruptcy"?They need to pay back the money - that will be beautiful.
Stop upsetting @TheChampwhy is he a Twitter engineer?
Yoh, just a couple of tweets and "people are already showing their displeasure" ?This won't go anywhere. It will go on for months and nothing. People are already showing their displeasure with this corrupt ****** being arrested. So many people in this country are just sheep, following BS
It's almost 13:00 does this mean the interview is cancelled? I'm sure there's wifi in the holding cell.Yoh, just a couple of tweets and "people are already showing their displeasure" ?
It's called facts, he is an Engineer, simple as that.
Dodge what? I promise I am devastated by what the guy did at Eskom, but he is still an Engineer, same way Wouter Basson is still a doctor, it is simple really, I don't understand what you people want from me.
Next excuse will be, "filing for bankruptcy"?
Edit: Unless the monies has been funneled to the Gupta empire?
Daai geld is dalk miskien weg, maybe they spent it on lavish parties, properties, and/or cars?
I don't think the money is in a bank somewhere...

Well, I am appalled at his amateurish ways, immediate family is not the people you give tenders to, especially when you are the Boss of the tender dispensing company.Your opinion on his corruption.
It's nice but they were going to be arrested even if Solidarity did nothing. And nobody seems to have noticed that it wasn't Rama$ofa that had him arrested nor the Hawks nor any state actor:
Solidarity filed criminal charges against Koko, Singh, Molefe, and Zwane over their alleged roles in capturing Eskom in June 2022.
He has an engineering degree, but was never registered as a professional engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa. So quite different from Wouter Basson, who is registered as a medical specialist in more than one field with the HPCSA...., but he is still an Engineer, same way Wouter Basson is still a doctor, it is simple really, I don't understand what you people want from me.
Tenderpreneuring 101, textbook mistake.Well, I am appalled at his amateurish ways, immediate family is not the people you give tenders to, especially when you are the Boss of the tender dispensing company.
I am waiting in anticipation for arrests of prominent politicians and their family members...."Twitter engineer" and ex-Eskom CEO Matshela Koko arrested
The National Prosecuting Authority's (NPA's) Investigative Directorate has arrested former acting Eskom CEO Matshela Koko, his wife, stepdaughter, and several others on charges of corruption, fraud, and money laundering.
The charges are in connection to a 2015 multi-billion-rand contract between Eskom and Swiss engineering company Asea Brown Boveri (ABB) on the construction of the Kusile Power Station.
He studied a BSc in Chemical Engineering, worked on water treatment plants, if one word could describe him it would be arrogant. Once you climb the managerial ladder Pr Eng is not a requirement in Eskom. He has an engineering degree, but was never registered as a professional engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa. So quite different from Wouter Basson, who is registered as a medical specialist in more than one field with the HPCSA.
Unfortunately in SA we had to resort to the title "Professional Engineer" because every Tom, Dick and Harry can call himself a engineer.
Yeah, I will take that with a massive pitch of salt, at some point early on in his career he must have been registered, it probably no longer made any difference as he moved up the Eskom ladder. He has an engineering degree, but was never registered as a professional engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa. So quite different from Wouter Basson, who is registered as a medical specialist in more than one field with the HPCSA.
