We are probably funded the upgrade for future generations, meaning Telkom can pay it out of the pettycash they do not have to recover their cost of investment because we already paid. A friend of mine can see the landing station of the SAFE cable from his house at Mtunzini, and guess what, Mtunzini is only PLANNED for ADSL some time next year (2006).

I suggested that he buys a pocket knife and "taps" into the cable. Investigations are continueing.
