Trump can finally show the world the photographic evidence of voter fraud he has been hoarding all this time.

A picture... unfortunately not of the fraud itself, but one taken of a witness as the fraud was happening!

However, all the best facial expression experts agree... that the witnesses reaction in said photo is undeniable proof that ginormous voter fraud has occurred!!!

If they couldn't do it in front of a court what makes you think the impeachment hearings will be any different?
Misdirection. It's an attempt to turn the focus away from trump. Just like the elections when the talk was shifted away from his crushing defeat at the ballot boxes and in the courts.

Watch the two Pamela Brow clips I posted.

Glorious.

There's a malice in Cotton. I'm not sure it's there with Cawthorn 'tho. 'Ol Madison looks like a opportunistic grifter, and dumb as a bag of hammers... You know, what Republicans call 'presidential'.

yep. Tom's grinding an axe. Madison is just Ben Shapiro without the fast-talk. i.e. happy to be on the gravy train.

Dear Mr. "Data Scientist",

I would like to make you aware of the following made-up definition written in fine print in the article you just posted:

"Evidence Argued" means that:

a)

  • the Plaintiff was able to present ALL of their empirical evidence related to voting malfeasance, impropriety, etc.
and

b)

  • the judge authorized an independent investigation to verify the accuracy of the claimed voting malfeasance, impropriety, etc.

Pretty much.

This is worth reading alongside the NYT Hawley profile.

Seems everyone that knew him in school, college and law school came away with same impression. He used to be a smart, conscientious person that turned into a conniving, unctuous reptile of a person in pursuit of power.

"It Was All A Lie": Biden-Linked WHO Adviser Says COVID-19 'Likely' Leaked From Wuhan Lab

i love the "Biden-linked" part. really good catch.

ffs, there are so many strong, valid, detailed ways to criticize Biden and the Dems. (I've actually linked some of them already.) please pick one so we can have a constructive discussion. link-spamming these imaginary infractions is bizarre.

edit: here. I'll get you started.

Just another example of those pesky violent right-wing extremists who stormed the Capitol.

Man who punched cop during Capitol riot has brother in Secret Service who is friends with Michelle Obama, the Huffington Post has revealed

  • Son of police officer who punched cop during Capitol riots has brother in the Secret Service.
  • Scott Kevin Fairlamb, 43, of Stockholm, New Jersey, was arrested on five charges on January 22.
  • Preston Fairlamb III led Michelle Obama's service detail while she was First Lady.
The son of a police officer who punched a cop during the Capitol riots also has a brother in the Secret Service who Michelle Obama previously described as a "real friend," the Huffington Post found.
Scott Fairlamb, 43, of Stockholm, New Jersey was arrested on January 22 on five charges including assaulting a federal officer and carrying dangerous weapon, Department of Justice records show.

His brother, Preston Fairlamb III, has been the resident agent-in-charge of the Trenton Resident Office in Trenton, New Jersey, since 2013 and had led Michelle Obama's service detail while she was First Lady between 2009 and 2017, according to the Huffington Post.

good analysis

take-away below.

"...the view that inequality is something that happened, as opposed to something that was designed, also fits in with the standard story that liberals like to tell about the market and government. This story is that the unfettered market (Note: a fictional character) leads to bad outcomes, but good liberals recognize the need for the government to rein in it in for the good of society. The idea that the government and the market are thoroughly intertwined, so that the notion of unfettered market makes zero sense, complicates the thinking of liberals. Therefore, they choose to ignore reality.

The same is true even for people who are more left. They want to decry the evils of capitalism, arguing for a better socialist future. If all the identifiable evils of capitalism can be shown to be contingent on specific ways in which we have structured the market, it undermines the story.

But I would say the biggest obstacle is simply the incentive structure for people who write on these issues or control newspapers and other outlets. No one will ever lose their job for repeating the standard wisdom over and over again. If that seems like a strong claim, look the at the list of columnists at the country’s leading newspapers.

By contrast, pushing ideas that are radically at odds with the accepted wisdom can be hazardous to your career. Unless someone has great confidence in an alternative perspective, it’s best to stick to the conventional wisdom, which is why it persists."

i know, right? :) he's defending "free speech" and pushing back against "echo chambers" by link-spamming every thread and refusing to engage in any discussion. weird approach, but then I'm not a data scientist and researcher who works in the field of social media censorship analysis, so what do I know?
