I'm just here waiting to hear why taking drugs previously, or maybe having a fake 20 on you, or having an outstanding warrant means cops can bypass due process and become judge, jury and executioner in some cases, but it's an outrageous policing overreaction when someone is criminally storming a Capitol building.

Unlike you I am able to disavow violence. I disavowed all violent protests carried out in the wake of the BLM protests. I stressed that those protests also probably led to a spike in COVID cases and that was also another unfortunate consequence of the protests. I do not support any form of violence and rejected it unequivocally.

Why are 14 of the Capitol insurrectionists charged with bringing or using dangerous weapons inside the building and two are charged with firearm offences?

Did the police search every single person for a weapon? Then how can you claim they were unarmed, especially in the light of actual charges laid?
