Yes. Agree with this. Two points.
1) as the executive, when somebody in your business breaks rules and policy you deal with it and take appropriate action. You don't ignore it because some employees will be upset and call your actions divisive.
2) impossible to take your opinions seriously considering you were shilling the exact opposite of this message for the last 5 years. Your point is correct. You are a hypocrite.
Oh ja, like some kind of record so that future potential employers are aware that you were a skelm who got fired for stealing or harrassing co-workers.
