The U.S. government has warned American citizens against traveling to Belarus. Those who are already in the country have been advised to leave as soon as possible. According to the U.S. State Department, there is a high risk of potential protests in Belarus.

"high risk of potential protests in Belarus"

aka yet another US instigated colour revolution attempt is busy loading ... of course Belarus' upcoming elections make for a great colour revolution opportunity

I guess Belarus is due for a retry after the 2020 attempt failed

The idea of a U.S.-instigated "color revolution" in Belarus often comes from those who oppose Western influence, especially in the context of Belarus’s 2020 election protests. The protests were sparked by widespread belief that the election was rigged to keep President Lukashenko in power, but the Belarusian government has framed these protests as a Western-backed attempt to overthrow it. While the West did criticize the election and support opposition voices, it's not just a case of outside interference—there's a lot of internal frustration with Lukashenko's long rule and the lack of political freedoms.

Belarus has strong ties to Russia, and Lukashenko’s government has the backing of Russian support, making any potential movement for change much harder to achieve. The country’s security forces are also very good at quashing protests, so while there's always a risk of unrest around elections, the situation isn’t as simple as a “color revolution” being plotted from the outside. It's a mix of domestic discontent, geopolitical tension, and a tough government trying to hold onto power.

actually no that's what the USA claimed it was, exactly like they are claiming in Georgia, exactly like they claimed in every. colour. revolution. they. instigated. ever. Including Ukraine's "Euromaidan" colour revolution US instigated coup of course.

those ties got strengthened by the previous failed colour revolution attempt, same as Kazakhstan was kinda starting to get a bit neutral as far as old soviet states go ... then the US tried their shyte and the CSTO put it down, hard.

ironic that US attempts at regime change have the exact opposite effect when they fail

You conspiracy theories are noted.

The west is taking over the world.. Narrow is gonna have a real big problem existing in this new world order.
the desperate flailing limbs of a dying corpse aren't signs of life

what you're referring to as 'new world order' would be the status quo actually, nothing 'new' about that ... if we're lucky though a multi-polar world order is ushered in to replace this nonsense

Oh it's all new and shiny.. Especially if it gives you heart pulpitations as your idols avoid tall buildings with windows.

I wonder how many Americans there are in that Stalin-esque **** hole?

not that difficult, I will just need to use a translator, already know a few terms:
- terrorist = rebel
- US instigated coup = revolution
- fully functional president = basically braindead

There are a few Russian phrases I understand too:

Strategic military operation = invade your neighbour

Strategic redeployment = run away

End of life palliative care = mysterious window falling and poisoning occurences

quoting phrases that others attribute to them is not gonna help you understand

my American translation book is built up from USA's own statements, not someone else's take on them

I got a couple.

Valid Military Target = School/Hospital/Theater/old lady cycling on her bicycle/restaurant full of happy people.
Strategic Ally = our pimp.
