Hi Guys,

Have an issue where i cant log in to my uber app on my phone.Keeps saying password is incorrect.However when i go to the website i enter the password in fine.Does anybody have an email or phone number for uber ?

Not a driver.Used there website , useless since most of the things have to be done by the app.Its sorted out now.Just created another account with the same mobile number :wtf:

You can log Support tickets via the website.

Have done it many times without needing a new account.

Not sure if you still have this issue. My rider (not driver) account was locked due to safety reasons a while back and similar happened to me, at first the issues where unclear.

I logged a ticket with support at uber and they quickly diagnosed issues and unlocked the account for me.

Let me know if they were able to help you. I worked with Uber as a partnered service for some time and delt with similar issues in the past.
