There are many such articles, pick and choose as suits your agenda, i've seen it listed below University of Cairo.

But whatever.. it changes nothing...it's not even a blip on the world radar nowadays...

223rd
What was UCT's ranking when you graduated?

Zulus are also settilers.
The K word means non believer some whites are also k's.

It's all in the context and defending or being selective when something is wrong then it's not right.

What's good for the goose.........

Yes each and everyone of them got a bullet. Not the other way around.
the victor writes the history...in this case, the victor was the only one that could record the event...alternative facts,, is not a new phenomenon.

I see once again this thread has quickly descended into a "I am mightier than thou", when we should be discussing the unprofessional and brazen racist attitudes displayed and condoned at a supposed world class educational institution by it's leaders and students alike.

I don't believe anyone questions the facts of Blood River, it is what it is.

About 10 000-20 000 Zulu warriors led by Dingane's generals Dambuza (Nzobo) and Ndlela kaSompisi attacked the Voortrekkers, but the 470 Voortrekkers, with the advantage of gun powder, warded them off.

The battle began at dawn and was over by midday. More than 3000 Zulu casualties were counted around the laager. Only, 3 Voortrekkers (including Voortrekker leader Pretorius) were wounded, none were killed.

That vice-chancellor was being messy on this one. Well on thing is for certain, UCT's name took a few bullets from this incident.
That's ok, Max Price raped UCT's name bareback repeatedly for a number of years, this is nothing.

Freedom of expression is not freedom of racism.
Means exactly that. Freedom of expression is the right to be racist. But in SA inciting violence is seen as something better if it's by one group but something harmless like racism is seem as the devil himself. Go figure.

Not free of consequences.
What consequences? Legal ones? But while we're on consequences, white person makes "racist" remarks life ruined and shunned by the community, black person makes racist remarks and calls for violence there just go on your merry way. Shows the standard employed by the different groups.
