Freedom of expression is not freedom of racism.
Neither is it freedom to incite violence.

I'm not sure where I stand on this but I'd be careful trying to use the freedom of expression argument. It has limitations and this arguably could fall beyond them.

the victor writes the history...in this case, the victor was the only one that could record the event...alternative facts,, is not a new phenomenon.
Doesn't help that the victor was the only one who had bothered to develop the written language.

I ask a simple question who is being incited to violence?

I strongly suggest you consult past court cases on this exact issue and not try and deflect from simple South African realities.
Well if you can find me a court case where a university students thesis was deemed to be inciting violence it would be greatly appreciated.
