Nobody spoke of interment or declarations.
The boy suffered brain damage as a result of lack of oxygen to his brain. This unfortunately is not reversible. Human brain doesn't regrow. He would have depended on machines and medication for the rest of his life. His senses were gone. He responded to no stimuli.
