Unable to access sites!

I have been having this issue for a long time now and i thought it would be fixed by now but i cannot access The Unisa website which i really need to get onto.

I have been using Hola VPN and it works however now its really slow and wont load the page at all.

I'm sure this is the case for everyone using Telkom LTE, is there any other way i could access this site

setting proxy settings to cache.saix.net:8080 allows me to access the websites i was having issues with earlier. I cant use them fully however but you might have luck with what you need to access.

Changing the APN setting in my LTE router finally seems to fix the whole issue

Nvm it no longer working, temporarily worked for me but back to the same issue now

Geez, any other way available? Cant use that "cache.saix.net" proxy because its giving me some Error. All I can use now is a VPN and it gets annoying
