Unable to get balances...

This morning I can't get my contract balances however way you want to find them... everything on *111# is zero!

C'mon Vodacom, get your act together, we are no longer in the Ice Age!

Same here. I am on a uChoose Smart S contract and the website/app/*111# all report all balances as zero. It's been like this for at least a week though, maybe even longer since I rarely check my balances.

I am on uChoose Smart M. Just checked again, *111#, I get the following message:

Airtime is R115.32; data is 0.00Mb; 0 SMS's; 0 MMS's. Get 5% extra airtime, reply 1 for details via SMS.

SMS details shows even less information. No mention of contract minutes. I am making calls and browsing the Internet, so I am not blocked or anything.

I spoke to Vodacom Customer Care and they gave me a method that works. Dial 100 from your cell and select option 2. It's kinda inconvenient but it's better than nothing. They said they would investigate why the other methods don't work, but I highly doubt they will do any such thing. They didn't give me a reference number and they hung up before I could insist on one.
