Unable to load a 500 MB Prepaid Data Bundle

I phoned the 141 IVR and at the data bundle loading menu I had the following options :

Press 1 to purchase a 10 MB bundle at R10
Press 2 to purchase a 100 MB bundle at R80
Press 3 to purchase a 350 MB bundle at R210
Press 4 to purchase a 500 MB bundle at R250
Press 5 to purchase a 1 GB bundle at R399

However, when I press 4, the voice asked that I should confirm the purchasing of a 1 GB bundle. (not 500 MB !!!!).

Option 5 does not work (the actual option for the 1 GB bundle) "is not a valid option" according to the voice.

Come on MTN, please correct this ASAP !!!!!!!

Problem solved

I took the SIM card out of my E620 data card and put it in a normal cellphone, and dialed 141 .

The 500 MB option now works !

I am not sure what caused it, will check in a month's time again to see if the problem persists.
