Since yesterday noon I have been experiencing some annoying technical issues with the Cell C network: Can't make calls (just drops before even connecting), unable to check my balance (gives me a network error message) and worst of it all, I can't connect to the internet
I've called the customer services centre and performed all the standard troubleshooting techniques (data settings, rebooting my phone, using my sim on a different phone), but this problem persists!
Is Cell C generally experiencing a network issue or is this just an isolated incident? I got the impression it's an isolated incident by the way the call centre agents were treating my query. Is anybody else experiencing this? Any advice?
