Unable to view Usage Tracking Tool

So I'm on a 4mbps uncapped line with telkom and was trying to see how much data I've used during this month. I sign in with my telkom username and password and all it gives me is : "click here to resubmit details" ? I will click an it will tell me the exact same thing !
Any advice ?

tested works fine for me.
You could try using SAIX use your same telkom username and password

I sometimes also have problems with the https://secure.telkomsa.net/titracker/ link. It works most of the month, but then sometimes, especially during the last few days of the month, it will stop working. Never knew about the SAIX portal, so thank, will try that next time.
