Unbearable speed in the evenings - is there hope in this country?

Every evening when I actually have time to surf the net, I get to stream videos at about 3kb per second whereas in the mornings I get over 200kb/s.

Don't think internet is this slow anywhere else in the world, even in Zim.

I have a 4 meg line. Never have problems.

My internet is running hundreds. Just post a trace route to Google. And give your ISP a call so they can send Telkom over.
