anyone seen this?
Uncapped imaginet at 192k for R520 a month ex. vat?
doesnt seem like they're going thru IS coz they also offering IS uncapped in another category.

Does anyone use imaginet? And if it is truelly uncapped?
Doesnt say nothing about a setup fee, just says router included???

Curious about this, if anyone got any extra info, let me know~

Here's the page by the way http://www.imagine-ips.co.za/za/p28.html

Hi Nameite,

The Imagine-IPS (not Imaginet) uncapped product is one that we have developed ourselves. It is truly uncapped although we do have a strict no P2P rule. Having said that - you do get full access to the IS news server.

The setup fees are in the pricing table (R490.00 Ex. VAT) in the column before the monthly fees.

Please give me a shout if you have any other specific questions at sales@imagine.co.za

not a bad idea if you set up a torrentbox on a server in the states. then you can download to your hearts content on this line

Well considering a server costs R1000+/month to set up excluding the set up fees, quite a lot. You can get a very cheap celeron set up though if you really want to do it.

Other than that it would probably only be a good idea if you already have a server overseas.

NO P2P but I saw also quite a few of resources on those free upload host such as rapidshare, yousendit, megaupload, you just need to find them and queue them in your USD downloader....

Since its not p2p you can queue them up in your pc. You only need the overseas box if youre gonna use torrents or any other p2p.

P2P and torrents blocked

Hi

If all torrents and P2P are blocked.

Won't all the ports for downloading stuff (movies, games) be blocked?

Sorry but what account now? The imagine-ips one?
What account offers you 50GiG

I only know of Openweb that offers 30gig local and then you can use IS news server.
