uncapped adsl question

hi

i am using 384k adsl with all youcan eat as a isp.

i would like to take the uncapped adsl.my main purpose is torrent.

Question: 1. Is any uncapped adsl support P2p such as Bit commet?

2. Can i join the ISP that is not necessary to get the cisco router?

3. Must I upgrad to 512 adsl line to use the uncapped adsl?


4. which isp is good and resonable price?

Reasonable DSL price in SA doesnt exist. Uncapped accounts are 10x worse. Youre looking at R1k upwards. Reasonable is not the word that comes to mind... more like A$$ Rape...

really? which isp? i check the hellkom web page. it only state 512k. but if i using 384k line. can I take the 512k uncapped?
