Good day, I have two HD decoders(4U models) connected to an smart lnb in a tragiese setup...the primary connected to the universal output and the secondary on unicable A output on the lnb for some reason the one connected to the unicable A output doesn't receive any signal whatsoever. Do you perhaps have a solution for meh please and thank you.

Yes i have and only the universal output sends signal to the one decoder
Try swapping decoders and see if the other decoder gets a signal. At this point it's either a cable fault or a faulty decoder.

Yes i took the secondary and connected it to the universal cable and it got signal but when I put it back on the unicable cable it again had no signal, so that tells me the decoders are not faulty, I even swoped the cables at the lab's side, so which ever decoder that's is connected to the universal output gets a signal and either decoder on the unicable output has no signal

OK. Then it's a faulty lnb, or you're doing something wrong that I'm not seeing.

Maybe post a pic of your home network screen.

It shouldn't make a difference. Plus then you'll have to change the index for one of them.

Tell meh if i connect both decoders on lets say unicable A and B on the lnb side and change the frequency and index on the one decoder should it work?

It should, but it should also work the way you're doing it now.

This is the home network of the decoder with no signal

Well, if the cable works on the universal output, you've tried both decoders on the unicable outputs, and you've tried all three unicable outputs, what you're left with is a faulty lnb.

Yes im starting to think that might be the problem because I've done the necessary troubleshooting. Thank you for your help.
