They must appear before the court [highlight]in November[/highlight] to show why the Labour Court should not make the order against them final.

That will teach the CWU not to defy a court order!

Or more likely it will encourage the CWU to defy all court orders. Toothless court, those 14 CWU members should be spending 30 days in jail (in addition to personally having to pay Telkom's legal costs).

Little comfort to the thousands left without service while Telkom is claiming useless victories.
