Did I mention how people are actually going to spend the money?

You mentioned specifically discouraging the poor from spending on non-essentials (i.e. poor people not buying non-essentials), I'm saying people won't be discouraged from spending on non-essentials. If you are not buying non-essentials, what else is there to buy?

Free R1500 for everyone, employed or not! The new grant website at a cost of R350 million will be built by Cyril's brother's cousin's wife's stillborn so should be easy to bypass. Or just bribe the guy at sassa.
