While this is true, the ‘tone’ of the person waiting for the NSFAS money is understandable and the VC is not entitled to any special ‘tone’, certainly not on Twitter of all places.

She on the other side, should have responded professionally, assuming she is a professional.

It is this entitlement which make these fukkers steal as well, believing they are entitled to it.

Your defence of this is laughable at best, but really mostly pathetic.
Perhaps she could have handled it better than I would have, but fortunately she handled it exactly the way I would have, it happens, that's why I said it's a case of someone getting a taste of their own medicine, you can't always count on people being professional and polite while you are being uncouth.

Yeah, I thought as much. If you did you would understand just how out of order that person was to be taking that tone with the VC.

The VC is someone special? If she didn't do her job she should have been fired, never mind had a twitter town aimed at her.

NSFAS is independent from the University, they are an institution with their own management and board and they are the ones who are responsible to make sure that the money that is due to the students is paid, not the Vice Chancellor.

Which makes her accountable and means she should have been fired if she couldn't find the guilty culprit and fire them on the spot for negligence..

NSFAS is not accountable to the VC or the university, they are accountable to the Minister of Higher Education. If the VC gets involved it is assistance, it's not their job, so if you find yourself frustrated as a student you certainly don't call the person who is helping you a liar and expect her to respond in kind.

The blame for not paying the NSFAS allowance lies squarely on NSFAS, not the VC or anyone. You should at least try to put an effort of understanding how things work before you open your loud, know it all mouth.

And she is at the top, so the buck stops there. Not at her bed and fridge.
You really need to stop talking.

No, you need to start listening and not bowing down to these clowns who are your servants, not your bosses. But I suppose being on their payroll makes you an employee and not a client?

yeah, if he succeeds (no possibility) his next mission is to fight the 80GB data research guy on ivm.

Can you start sticking to the topic? If not, I won't either and I will start posting videos of the shyte in the streets of India and your Dalits. What you ran from to come to SA because the UK, USA and EU wouldn't accept your Indian IT certificate but facilitation can be done in SA.

We know how you would have handled it, so thank fukk it was her instead of you.

An no, horseshit, people in those positions need to be professional on any type of media at all times.
Giving someone ‘a taste of their own medicine’ is not acceptable, she should then rather not have responded.

But we know how low your standards are for these people, so we understand why you feel this way.

Could have been worse, at least she did tell the uncouth lowlife to shut up.

She's the uncouth lowlife. When you're in management you don't have a Twitter screaming match with emojis reminiscent of high school. You arrange to meet your client and discuss the problem. Both then come to an agreement on how to resolve the problem which both stick to.

But I suppose you're used to seeing infrastructure destroyed rather than problems resolved with decorum over a table.

I notice you didn't answer the subject and took it away from the atrocious manners of someone paid to ensure the poorest of the poor (Which the ANC purports to support) and turned it into huge demeaning and humiliating exercise with emojis. You stop using emojis at lower to mid management level.

But this woman has more important matters on her mind, like a bed and fridge.
