Place an order online. Lynette will email you an order confirmation upon which you reply that you're a MyBB subscriber. She'll re-issue the order with the appropriate discount. You should end up paying roughly the ex vat price, delivery included.

That's pretty much the process, discounts aren't fixed and vary according to brands / products, some products have more room for discount than others.
