It looks to me like the victim was not complying. You're not talking yourself out of that situation. I'm emptying all my pockets if someone with a gun drawn asks me for the time.

Pretoria in General has Lighting Issue the street light either don't work or the ones that do are those old tungsten dim lights blocked off by trees.

You def don't wanna be caught on foot after dark.

funny thing is TMPD is always chilling on Burnett finessing cars but come night time they nowhere to be seen

Embarrass the government xD that sailed a long time ago. ZA is probably the only country where government doesn't even "pretend" to be ashamed or embarrassed.

Worldwide that is the case. In the US the democrats and republicans say the most embarrassing things. In Russia Putin says things that are embarrassing as it shows how little he values human life. UK's Boris. The Scandinavian leaders where their anti patriarchy speeches, Canada's PM is so embarrassing with pro wokeness.

Watched the video. As cold blooded as it gets, not a care in the world as he casually searches the victim's corpse. Given his unshaken demeanor, very unlikely this is his first murder.

No chance for rehabilitation and will be an indefinite plague and burden on society. The only logical course of action is a swift death penalty.

Anycase all iphone users have an apple sticker on their transport or case that shows the logo, how else are we supposed to know how special they are.

Terrible news, always use to party at Hatfield Square and Livingstons in Hatfield and always walked home, never felt unsafe but was about 10 years ago. Only silver lining is these criminals are off the street. Condolences to the family.

I have always wondered why the cops/security don't actively patrol the streets past midnight and search people wandering about? Sure, you will mostly get a lot of p*ssed of people complaining about their liberties but if it means you get to nab the one f*cker that is planning a murder/mugging like this and you get to save a life in the process, then it should be worthwhile?

RIP and condolences to the young man and his family - another life that was taken away too early
