I honestly don't understand why Telkom is so tough, but thinking about it now, MTN & Vodacom made me do exactly the same.

Just get it done, and you can start saving some big bucks.

Cellc was the easiest for me actually. I just phoned 084145 and it was done over the phone and I had my iphone5 and new cellc contract in 3 days. Not so much with Telkom Mobile though. They are making it hard to join I don't know why though. Cellc contract is like 6 months left. I think I will just stick with my MTN prepaid and useless Cellc for now. I honestly don't have time to go with 40 pages of documents to get a R99 deal. If it was a decent phone that I really wanted I could have but I have my s5 and its working well on MTN prepaid with LTE although touch and go sometimes.

Would have like to get this deal because I have both LTE and full 3G signal on Telkom.

Yes but it won't include ANY of the extra's like free Telkom to Telkom calls, 1GB all networks data or the unlimited Telkom data.

Nope, as long as you have a device that can use the 2300 band (I think), you can use LTE
