Unlock Blackberry

Anyone have any ideas on unlocking a network locked Vodacom/Vodafone Blackberry 7100V?

You blackberry is network locked? I though the ISPs didnt do that anymore.

Just ask Vodacom to unlock it.

Done that. Worth doing, but still locked to Vodacom. Next I will try their service centre at Vodaworld.

The device was given to me as a gift. It is locked to Vodacom. For reasons which I do not fully understand, I am with MTN. My contract still has 6 months to run.

Have you managed to successfully unlock your phone? I have exactly the same problem - been given a BB as a gift, but it's locked for Vodacom and i'm on MTN.
