Anyone know how to unlock a "softlocked" line. I've found that my connections are very poor. I.e. connection keeps getting dropped, or I only get GPRS where I would normally have super-3G signal. Then finally checked my SMS's to find an SMS that says:
Now I've been using a Linksys 3G wireless gateway router, so haven't been using the Vodafone Mobile Connect software since the datacard was sitting in the router. I also didn't get the SMS's that were sent to this SIM, otherwise I might well have posted this a bit sooner, since the above one was preceded by two or three other "warnings" like 50% exceeded etc.
Contract is a Vodacom4u and I suspect I just need to top up, but then I signed a debit order, so they can just debit my account.
I've been using out-of-bundle data only and the intention is that I would start buying some prepaid data bundles, but this is my first month and I first wanted to get an idea of what my usage would be.
