Why use stone age technology? Just scan and e-mail.
E-mail address is at the bottom of many peoples signatures.

Yuu, a friend and myself found out that MWEB will throttle you if it seems you have automated downloading on. They assume that if a person is at their desk and clicking on a website, they will use data, and if not, they will not. So they are saying that you cannot be on the internet for one week straight, and if your data shows usage for that week, 24 hours a day, they will throttle you saying that you broke the AUP. They will do it even if you run your line at 10kb instead on 200kb on a 2mbps line. Happened to a friend. It makes no sense but they are going to lose a large amount of clients and the people that use 5gb on a uncapped account and hardly use the service, wont be throttled and will be happy. They don't realize that over a long period of time, more and more people are starting to actually use their service properly. I usually use at max 180gb on a 1mbps, and that is not even half the max capacity. If you are still with mweb and don't have a wooden pc, change ISP's like yesterday. Best move you can ever make.

Just moved my friend to Afrihost this morning, his 1mbps account was running at 5.4KB/s :wtf: Straight after Afrihost confirmed his details (took literally 3 minutes) his line was running at 105-110 KB/s as it should, and the funny thing is he was with Mweb for just a little under a year!

i have 24/7 activity on my 4mb premium account. i use about 300GB/month. i am not throttled.

i'm still going to move to afrihost, though - same price for a 10mb connection.

Use an email, you get a reference number imediately after sending it. And remember to downgrade to a capped 1gb.

My only issue is migrating my line from helkom to Afrihost

Surely they use virtual fax machine software and not a real fax machine? lol
