How fast is your line and what OS?

I've read claims online that the app running on pre-android 5 Lollipop maxes out at 3.7mb. My box is pre KitKat.

It's probably 'the adaptive bit rate' BS though. Iplayer in the browser won't go above 1.7mb but using kodi I can now, upgraded my line to 10mb, stream Iplayer @ 3.1 perfectly fine.

Windows 10. Speed maybe 15Mbps . Its 100Mbps LTE, but at peak periods speed is 10-20Mbps. Using Getflix. The Sling Blue is a trial, and I am also unlikely to sign up beyond that. I was just commenting on the quality.

I have unotelly just for bbc iplayer (cbeebies) and the odd docu, most of my linxu distros are sonarred.

Want to start using netflix but with uno dns it blocks it. Anyway around this? I dont mind even the sa version of netflix

No it just will not connect to netflix on any device

If you set it to SA you should still have access to those unique country specific services such as BBC but it would localise Netflix to SA.

Or just switch to Getflix.

You won't lose BBC channels you are only picking your Netflix region as SA this is what I have and it works perfectly

Hulu has a decent whack of content.

Signing up is a little tricky - but once you've got over that hurdle it works quite well.

Hulu is excellent I use Entropay and have had no hassles so far Amazon do not have a whole lot of content

You need a credit card that is issued by a US bank for starters.

Netflix USA no longer working with Getflix. Is there any DNS working at the moment?

You can sign up using a US paypal account (and local CC) and some address trickery - I successfully did this a couple months ago and have been using Hulu without issue since then

So linking a credit card with a fake billing address on PayPal will not cause problems or pose a security risk?
